Nine services, grouped by what you need done

Traittek's software development and IT services sit in three groups: keep systems running, build something new, and add people or automation. Each page says what the work can include and when it is not the right fit.

Keep systems running

For the systems a business already runs on: changing them, deciding where they run, and keeping them working.

Build something new

For making something new: software when no product fits, a website, a mobile app, or the brand behind them.

Add people or automation

For more capacity: automation for the work that repeats, and skilled people for the work that needs a person.

Questions

Choosing and combining services

How do I choose between your software development and IT services?

Start from the problem, not the service name. Use the list above, or choose General enquiry in the contact form and describe the situation. We would suggest which service fits, or say if none does.

Can one project use more than one service?

Yes. Several service pages name others they would work alongside. Brand work can sit beside a new website, for example, or an infrastructure build can be followed by someone to run it. Each part would still be scoped on its own terms.

What is the difference between Cloud & Infrastructure and Managed IT?

Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions covers designing, building and moving an environment. Managed IT & Infrastructure Services covers running it afterwards: monitoring, patching, provisioning and support. One is a project with an end; the other is continuing work.

What if none of the nine services fits?

Then we would say so and, where we can, name the kind of firm to ask instead. Every service page has a section on when it is not the right fit, so you can rule us out early.
