Connecting technology, people, and ideas—intelligently.

Everything we build is yours: the code, the repository, the domain and the accounts it runs on.

What Traittek does

Traittek is one software development company with nine services across systems, software, infrastructure, people and automation. The services are for businesses whose systems need to change, connect, grow or be supported. They are just as much for founders and individual investors with an idea and their own budget. The nine can be combined, so one company could take the work from idea to end product.

How we work

How the work would run, in four steps

A starting point for discussion, not a fixed method. Each service page sets out its own version.

  1. 01

    Read what exists

We would start with what is already there: the systems that run today, or the notes and decisions behind an idea. That reading can be scoped as its own piece of work.

  2. 02

Write the gap in plain terms

The output should be a short description of what is missing and what closing it involves. The people who own the problem should be able to read it, not only engineers.

  3. 03

    Change one thing first

Where the work allows, we would propose one change before a wider rollout: one interface, one report or one working piece. That gives both sides something real to judge before the scope grows.

  4. 04

    Hand it back documented

Anything built should come with documentation and a handover to your team. You should be able to end the arrangement without the system breaking.

Ownership

Everything we build is yours

Named one by one, and would be set out in the proposal rather than assumed.

  • The code

The source code written for your project belongs to you. You can change it, extend it, or give it to another team to work on.

  • The repository

The repository holds the code and the history of every change to it. It would sit in an account you control, not in ours.

  • The domain

Your web address should be registered in your name. That way it stays with you, whoever hosts or maintains the site.

  • The accounts

The hosting, cloud and app store accounts the work runs on should be in your name. Where we need access, you would grant it and could remove it.

Not the right fit

What we would say no to

Said plainly, so you can rule us out early. Each one names where to go instead.

  • A full SAP implementation

A full SAP implementation, an upgrade program or an S/4HANA conversion belongs with a firm that implements SAP as its main business. Traittek claims no SAP partner, reseller or certification status. Choose that firm first, and bring us in around it only if integration or reporting work would help.

  • Promises we cannot stand behind

Nothing on this site promises response times, availability or outcomes. No prices are published either, because cost depends on the scope you agree. If guaranteed cover is a must, choose a provider whose whole model is a staffed help desk.

  • Learning at your expense

If the work needs skills we do not have, we would say so rather than learn them on your budget. SAP modules we have not worked in are one example, and we would rather lose the enquiry. A specialist in that field is the better choice.

Questions

Questions worth asking first

What kind of software development company is Traittek?

Traittek LLC is a software development company based in Edmond, Oklahoma. It offers nine services across systems, software, infrastructure, people and automation. SAP is one area of depth, not the whole business.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Everything we build is yours: the code, the repository, the domain and the accounts it runs on. Ownership would be set out in the proposal rather than assumed.

Is a small project or a founder's first product welcome?

Yes. A founder's first product is as welcome as a change to an established system. If a simpler tool would serve you better, such as a hosted website builder for a few pages, we would say so.

Why are there no prices or timelines on the site?

Both depend on scope, and scope would only become clear once we had read what exists and agreed a first change. A figure on a web page would read as a promise made before anyone understood the work.
