Who Traittek is, and what it is for
The nine services range from custom software, websites and mobile apps to brand identity, cloud infrastructure, managed IT, automation, SAP work and staffing. SAP is one area of depth, not the whole business.
They are for two groups, equally. One is businesses whose systems need to change, connect, grow or be supported. The other is founders and individual investors with an idea and their own budget.
Two commitments hold the nine together. Everything we build is yours: the code, the repository, the domain and the accounts it runs on. And when work is not the right fit, we would say so and point you elsewhere.

Technology a business can explain to itself, with fewer gaps filled by manual effort and fewer decisions that only one person understands.

Four values, and what they mean in practice
Clarity
Saying plainly what a piece of work would do, what it would not do, and what is still uncertain. Writing it down so anyone involved can check it.
Dependable delivery
Work that someone else can take over and keep running, rather than work that keeps us necessary. You should be able to end the arrangement without the system breaking.
Collaboration
Working alongside the people who already run the system or own the idea. What they know is usually the scarcest thing in the room.
Practical innovation
New approaches where they earn their place, and established ones everywhere else. Automation should take the repeat work and leave the judgment to people.
